Slowest bank ever! Bad customer service…

I’m writing this review from the line… I count 4 employees behind the window but only 1 is working. The other 3 are just laughing and doing nothing as a line of 6 people are waiting. Jesus Christ, the lady in front of me has coin rolls! I’ll be here all night…

I was very impressed with the service. I had an appointment with Henry and he was very helpful and professional and before meeting with him, while I was waiting in the lounge every single employee passing by would ask me if I needed help and kept me informed that my contact was coming shortly.

People aren’t very friendly and take a long time for the line to get moving. It’s not that busy but it seems like he people over the counter to use a little bit more training in what they are doing so they don’t keep making everyone wait
