I’ve been to many doctors and this staff is incredible. I’ve been to other places and the receptionists have triggered me and been awful but everyone here is really amazing and my doctor has helped me a lot already. I’m so glad I found them. Totally recommend!

Great staff just not always flowing. Feel they just want my money not to help. Especially my counselor Michelle. Shes nice but i should of been done couple weeks ago or more. Being taught things ive known my whole life but now must pay 60$ a week because i chose to not have a child put on the stand to testify. Broward county is a joke in Florida. Might as well be the ugly ball sack that is the male member Florida looks like

First of all the office is very disorganized and dated. I get there and sign in as a new patient, I’m assuming I have forms to fill however the girls in the front desk are paying attention to everything except the patients waiting. After waiting for 10 minutes I ask the girl if there’s anything to fill out and she flat out says she forgot about me. That’s not the worst part, as I’m filling out the forms they tell me I have to pay what’s left if my deductible which was $411 for the visit. The day before I asked over 5 times on the phone for them to verify my insurance and they told me I didn’t have a copay every single time. The whole excuse I have to pay what’s left over if my deductible is total BS because I’m supposed to pay their contracted rates with the insurance company which is how much they’re getting paid, not my deductible. I wasted my time by going there and missed an hour of work. Had they done their job right from the beginning this wouldn’t have happened.
