The overall staff was friendly. However, the dentist was incredibly rude and condescending!! I was stunned by the way I was spoken to. The manager was kind and apologized for his disgusting behavior, all I can say is that I feel terrible for the poor girls who need to deal with him on a regular basis. So, I think it goes without saying, I do not recommend this dentist if you value being treated with respect and expect to be treated with common decency. I decided not to have my son’s root canal done. I thanked him, very politely I might add, for his time and took my boys’ and my happy behinds out of there!

Terrible actitud with kids, I bring my 2 daughters, and the lady said, “dale sal pa que se siente ella”, 5 years old. My daughter was scared and they didn’t do nothing just looking at me basically saying like, calmala!!!, By Helena, the doctor assistant

This location is highly unprofessional. I have a failed root canal and requested a refund. The root canal failed two years later. Instead of addressing my concerts the Manager Ingrid avoided me. Not to mention there was a lot of unprofessional events that occurred here that I will be bringing up to higher authorities. This location doesn’t care about their patients be aware. I have a failed root canal that my other dentist claims it looks like a 2-3rd year dental student did it despite being done by an endodontist at their location. Not to mention they never provided me with my records which I requested and told me I couldn’t have my records. Upon all of that, the manager walks away from you mid sentence and avoids you. They really don’t care about there patient’s that is the truth. I have a feeling a lot of unlawful events occurs at this location. This location offers magnificent shame to the whole dentist industry. The dental profession should have much higher services I am completely and utterly disappointed with the service here. If there was an option to rate this location 0 stars I would. As a patient I don’t even feel respected

This place was great.they were very professional and also nice.but most importantly they did an amazing job.

I have been coming here for some time and i can honestly say i have no complaints about this place. They are very good at what they do and how they do it, i will keep coming here and i def recommend. Gloria (i believe is her name) is very professional, attentive and polite.
