It is an irresponsible company that offer a package and supposedly more economical in relation to other people who give the same service but in the end they do not comply because they are irresoluble and a liar since the maritime service they offer is bad and they lie to customers that in 3 weeks and that it arrives and it is not true you do not have to carry things there they do not have seriousness they are not responsible and they are liars

Worst experience ever. They took over 2 months, retained my package in Panama or so they said, they said they lost it and refunded me whatever they thought my package was worth because I didn’t “secure” my package. I was never offered any warranty or whatever. This people will steal anything and they tell you they are very sorry. Do Not Send Your Stuff With Them!!! Save yourself the bad experience!!!
