Was thinking about going with this company to help me with a eviction but when I seen the bad reviews, I rather not. I rather take my money elsewhere and get the job done by real legit professionals.

Excellent service. They do what they offer and more and very fast. They resolve my situation with good sense of humor. Raul is very knowledgeable and attentive. On the chance he doesn’t answer your call on the first ring, he always gets back to you right away.

Raul Zayas helped my father and I with a difficult eviction. He had the tenants out before a months time. I’m very happy with RUSH Evictions service.

Raul Zayas is a typical process server fraudster who quotes you 400$, charges you 600$, and tries to explain away the extra cost he quoted you and what is written on his website and listed below. yes he is fast and nice, but yes he is a liar and a thief.

He plays the typical server processor rope a dope. He double talks, he says the court fee is included in his 400$ fee on the phone. Then he goes out and does the process server. Then when you come in to pay him and sign your documents he charges you 600$ and begins to explain away the extra 200$ by saying that the court fees are not included and so forth. So by that time you are already days behind in your eviction if you do not use him. And then he goes on about more fees and basically gives you a big headache until you agree.

Furthermore, if your eviction is contested then you have to go do your own motions or hire an attorney. For the 600$ or 700$ you could have hired the attorney in the first place and save any possible aggravation or delay.
