Amazing and clean service

Excellent service! I had my stuff at this particular location for almost four years and I never had a problem. Once I was ready to retrieve it, I spoke to Zay who was very helpful in giving me all my account information, since I had misplaced it. I picked everything up and the guys were super helpful. I highly recommend this location. Great service, competitive prices and most importantly, my things were in perfect condition! Thank you!!!!

Management should learn from staff. Long time customers should be afforded more benefits than new ones, especially when the rent is raised instead of charging less. The rate should be the same for everyone. When bringing this up to David (mgr) he chose to dismiss it as part of doing business. No empathy or customer service skills.

Nice and clean, I can appreciate how well the whole area is maintained. I was surprised to see how clean the bathroom was. The only thing missing is a couple of light fixtures. I would be willing to pay more if you could install 2 fluorescent lamps. Hats off to your crew.
