SmartStop Self Storage

Unfortunately, I have received an extremely bad service from this facility. People in the reception are not well prepared. I needed an RV parking space, I have got a quote and agreed to move ahead. The RV was a new unit, so I had the purchase contract and insurance, but not the registration itself (which would be provided later). SmartStop denied to accept my RV even after asking them to be flexible and provide the registration a couple of days later (2-3 days later). They were rude and also did not provide an feasible solution. The solution provided to me: “go and look for another storage, sir, we are not flexible and we will not accept you as a customer”. Really bad. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I have been using SmartStop to park my truck going on 2 years now. I highly recommend this location. The place is secure and the service provided by the property managers is first rate. I would avoid parking on the gravel because during extreme heavy down pours that area is prone to flooding.

I am very happy with the services. Mr. Giovanni was very attentive to us, and the must important thing was the price we got. I recommend them 100%

I had been looking around for storage units. Other places had customers waiting, missing reception, and appointment expectations.

I came in into SmartStop Self Storage and was able to get a unit sorted in a very timely fashion. I worked with Tim, he was great. I appreciated his friendliness. He was upfront about the costs, gave detailed information regarding the service agreement, a tour, and he was able to answer additional questions I had regarding the facility and service.

complaint about your employees. I bought one room at auction. (a photo). came to this office 10451 NW 33rd St Doral, FL 33172. there was a manager Giovanni Nolesco. I asked him if this is a 5×10 unit, he said yes 5×10. (You can check the conversation from video cameras in the office). I paid $340. I opened the door to the unit. I could not see the size, it was full of furniture all the way to the ceiling.(Photos) I believed this man (Giovanni Nolesco), put my lock and left. arrived next day with truck to pick up things from the unit. When I pulled the items out the door, pulled out the cabinets and the mattress, only then could I see that it was 5×5. I was deceived and they sold me 5×5 (they assured me that it was 5×10 (Giovanni Nolesco). an absolute brazen deception. It is not acceptable in normal companies). I demanded my money back, but the manager Rudy Garcia said that I already touched things, money does not come back. (Of course I was touching, because I picked up my 5×10, and could not see through the furniture and the mattress. I put everything back.) I tried to explain to him (Rudy Garcia) that I could not physically see the size (believed Giovanni Nolesco). “No refund” – told me Rudy Garcia. offensive and humiliating. if you plan to run your business like this, you should be ashamed. you make money by deception. it’s like stealing. God sees everything, he will take more from you.
