Do not buy anything from these thieves, beware they sell through Overstock, Amazon and many other large retailers, they price gouge and charge 20% restocking fee on returns, quite simply the worst company ever.

My order was wrong. I emailed and never got a response. Won’t order again.
And I wish I would have read their reviews before ordering from this company. I will be sure to let everyone I know not to bother with this crap too.

I bought a dress from them thru Walmart. I received 2 dresses in large. I actually ordered a small.
Can’t get ahold of anyone to help me return it. No one responds to my calls at Smack Tom. I will never buy from them again. A Nightmare Experience.
I am hoping Walmart will help me.

I’m only giving one star because the shipping was pretty quick, but I’d give ZERO stars if I could. Purchased an item from Smacktom via the Wal-mart website. They sent me the wrong size item. Have been trying to contact them to return it for over a week now, via their website, email, and phone. They don’t even answer their phone, and I haven’t received any response from the emails I’ve sent or the voicemail I left.

I’ve also contacted Wal-mart with this issue, so hopefully they’ll be able to help.

Would definitely not do business with Smacktom again.

I purchased a rubberized case for my Mac so it would not slide out of my hands. It wasn’t rubberized so they had me send it back. That was back in June 2016 and I still have not got my refund. They will not reply to my emails. I will not purchase from them again.
