Getting there takes forever, the traffic is terrible in the region, the loading docks are difficult to back into, the local drivers are oblivious to the fact that they’re in your way when you’re backing. Why 4 stars? They load you fast, they’re consistent in their process, the staff are friendly, and it’s nice to see so many people working as hard or harder than I do.

I came to this place today and the blonde lady that works at front desk was on the phone outside smoking cigarettes. She made me wait for about 20 minutes after she finished her cigarette and conversation on the phone with her friend. She wasn’t helpful at all. I went to a different place.
