I have joined 305 ninja academy about 4 mouth ago and i love it here. The work outs are always different! You never really know you’re working out because you’re having so much fun doing it. I have lost over 10% body fat in less the 2 months so imagine now after 4 months. The staff are amazing and have become part of my family.

I have lost about 12% body fat in 5 months training at this gym. I’ve done a combination of ninja, tumbling, boxing and aerial silk. All the instructors are amazing and know how to teach. You get in shape while having fun, which is very important to me.

If you want a workout different from the rest, come to this gym. The unorthodox gymnastics and ninja warrior training regimens get you strong fast, and you’re having fun the whole time!
