7 West Apartments

Lived here for the past year and definitely had a good experience. The staff are very helpful and nice when you have maintenance requests and they do it at a timely manner. The apartments are nice, good location near the highways and food and even at night, it still feels pretty safe to walk around. The only issues I ever had was with parking with more than 1 car and the online service charge fee for rent but other than that I would probably live here again if I wasn’t looking for a 1 bedroom apartment.

I went for a walkthrough of the community as I was considering it for a move.

For the price, these apartments are tiny.
They want $1800+ for a 2/2 and then you have to add so many fees. You pay $1800 then you have to pay for water, trash and a monthly rental insurance (and dont forget your electricity, ofcourse)

So nearly $2,000 a month for a tiny apartment. Look elsewhere!
The parking lot is very tight and 2 cars nearly crashed into me as the parking lot is so tight.

The community looks alot more appealing in photos. I didn’t see anything “luxury” or “state of the art” in this community.

They’re only getting 2 stars because the representative was very nice and kind and followed up- but after seeing the conditions and getting the list of all the ADDITIONAL fees you have to pay to live there, I went elsewhere.

For $2,000, you can get a full 3 bedroom townhouse in Fontainebleau.

Worst place I ever rented. Don’t maintain the property or the apartments. No space to park if you have 2 cars. Management not reliable. The Department of Health was called several times for inappropriate upkeep and health issues. No residents last or renew their leases.

New tenants, but our experience has been awesome. 🙂 Safe and nice environment.

I lived there 2 years and I liked that place. It’s very close to FIU engineering center.
