The location is convenient. The facility is clean and well maintained. My main issues with the facility is high prices and below average customer service. Customer loyalty is not taken into consideration when it comes to keeping prices low. But then again customer loyalty doesn’t seem to matter to most companies nowadays. 😐

the lady who works behind the counter has no vocation, to serve the client … I went with a reservation of uhaul to find the truck on two occasions and she put a thousand reasons not to give me the truck …. I have rented trucks of uhaul on many occasions in different places and this is the only place where I have had problems !!! starting with the bad form and the anger that she has with life! I can feel it ! never a good deal nor a smile! always face dictator! I do not recommend the place for anything!

I’m very happy with the service we had in the past 3 years +++ renting in the doral 58street location. Gerardo is been a great help for us every time we need his asistance. Great customer services, keep it up guys. Thank you very much.

Great value for the money and Gerardo the assistant manager is super friendly and helpful. They are the reasons I stay. The turnover in manager is a pain and I hate that they now lock up the carts which is one of the reasons I liked this place in the beginning.
