The best ingredients to make Gelato, Sorbet and Pastry. They have an academy where they have a chef who teaches you in a very simple way and with very special techniques for Gelato, Sorbet, frozen desserts and gelato Popsicle. I had a wonderful experience, I recommend it to those who can attend the courses they have

The courses are truly fantastic and what you learn its so much fun. Plus the ingredients are the best quality and flavor ive tried so far.
