Waiting time for paperwork already longer than the loading time.

Worst place to pickup, lots of drivers, personnel do not remember what door they place the drivers, long to make orders!

Office kids could use some more training on how to deal with drivers,utilizing time while others are waiting and paperwork. . People that answer the phone could use even more so as they were extremely rude and hard to understand while trying to obtain information regarding the load and their location.
