Horrible staff they treat every customer differently(discriminate) are either not knowledgeable or pretend not to be, wait time long with no apparent reason when you see staff walking around doing nothing. Good luck trying to reach a manager hard to get a hold of him. Employees don’t want to tell you anything about him name phone number etc . And the phone number at the door to reach a manager is the store’s phone number. Has a 1.5 star review on yelp. Don’t know how it has a 4 on google. Lol fake reviews I guess

Great staff. Pleasant place to visit when needed. I bought a battery here yesterday and they installed it for me. Highly recommended.

I really like this chain of stores. The employees are Knowledgable. No sales pressure. I can always find something that I like to buy here.

It’s a good place but it always seems to be full even though there are two other registers. They just seem to be understaffed a lot. The pricing is somewhat competitive but with how slow they are it’s easier and cheaper to do be online alternatives.
