Always a good place to find that part/ accessories for your car.
Not the best prices around, but it will help you get trough.

On March-07-2019 around 4PM.
I went to pick up my online order .I meet this employee named “AARON”. I asked him to help me out with a return. He does that part. And following that I show him my online order and ask if it’s ready (I knew it was ready because I placed it the day before) he looks for it by name . And then he tells me “no i don’t have an online order under your name or phone number”.
I nicely say but hey look I have it on my phone look .
“He grabs my phone . And tells me you gonna have to cancel this order and place it again”

I looked at him and told him what. But what if the same thing happens again . And he tells.. WELL THATS WHY YOU HAVE TO PLACE THE ORDER ON A DIFFERENT STORE . I smiled walked out and called costumer service.

The lady that Assisted me called the store and spoke to the manager. She told me that everything was okay . And that they just had a misunderstanding and that she was very sorry for my unpleasant experience with this employee.

I walked in the store again . And once I opened the door. Mr.Aaron tells me on a sarcastic way hey my boss found this ….. I smiled I asked do I have to sign anything . And he said no . But since I kno how this works . I said no I kno I gotta sign the receipt .

And that was my experience with this advanced auto parts . I really hope this doesn’t happen to someone else . And I hope they look forward on getting better employees that are willing to help costumer. And not just try to get done with you .
