Aeromotive Ground Support Inc.

Aeromotive Ground Support Inc. is involved and doing business with GSE International Inc.; CHRIS HARRISON, from Pompano Beach, FL.
Last year in July 2016 we purchased a GPU from GSE International Inc. After receiving the ground power unit, the unit had problems and didn’t work. Chris had the GPU picked up and sent to Tom @ Aeromotive Ground Support Inc. for repair. Tom sent the ground power unit back to us and it still didn’t work.
Chris advised for us to send it back and he would issue us a refund, so the unit went back to Aeromotive Ground Support, as the Consignee and we have still have yet to see a refund and to be made whole in this purchase. Both parties were notified, from YRC Freight of the GPU’s location and neither business has gone and picked up the unit. It still sits in the hands of YRC Freight and as of this date, still no resolution has been made. We have been more than patient in allowing for this matter to be taken care of and want to help prevent someone else from having the same experience.
