This company has the worst customer service. After having my furniture in long term storage and paying every month, we went to remove all my items. We started to find all our wood furniture have been destroyed by termites. We went in to complain and show them that the warehouse storage was infested with termites. Not only did we find all the wood eaten but found wings everywhere . The old lady in the office came to see and agreed it was termites but said oh well its Florida . If any of you have anything there please check your items. Dont use this company. I will be hiring an attorney. If I could post pictures I would.

The team of Russell, Ray, Dillion, and Julian were careful, hard-working and coutrteous. They accomodated my wife’s wishes of where to position items. Really great experience, thank you.
