No notice comes to remind you that you have to pay, and they call you to tell you that you are late to charge you late fee.
The person who called me on March 17, should have classes of customer service, neither greeted me nor said goodbye, she just hang up the phone.
But the Lady who called me today was very kind and polite. I give her 5 stars for a good customer service.
