We used Ana Paz cakes for our wedding last month through our venue, the Cooper Estate. It was included with our package which was very convenient. The cake tasted delicious and looked beautiful!

9 years ago at our wedding we had the most memorable cake. So happy to enjoy it every once and a while for our anniversaries. Thank you for our nostalgia.

Cannot recommend. By Appointment Only. I saw people rudely get turned away that were walk ins on a Saturday, they only do walk ins on Tuesday afternoons from 530-7pm. I felt bad for that family bc they said “oh today is our only day off” instead of the rep creating a follow up appt. or at least letting them look or standby in case of cancellations they just closed the door with a key let us in and locked them out. I felt lucky I had an appt bc I wouldn’t be ok if I was treated that way.

The shop is very small, like a tiny living room. Their cake designs are beautiful and elaborate, although some are dated. We were helped by Gina, who was very nice but kept jumping back and forth between us and another couple since they were short staffed and they double booked our appointment slot (unprofessional).

They do have beautiful cakes and I felt I could trust them to design something beautiful for us. However, to me if the taste is not the best it doesn’t matter how beautiful your cakes are.

Cake flavors: lemon was their best among all others (chocolate, marble, vanilla rum, and hazelnut) were too moist and tasted almost identical. Their cakes tasted like every Cuban cake bakery in Miami, not like what fancy wedding cake should taste like.

They charge ~$50 for base rental, for clients with hotel packages they charge $1.50 per person for fondant upgrade (Plain fondant no design), and $1.50 per person for ANY filling. If you want fondant and a filling that’s an extra $3pp on top of what you’re already paying to your hotel.

Ana Paz ranks 4 stars for design, 3 stars for customer service,
2 stars for taste, 2 stars for value. Overall for me 2.75 Stars

I’m a cake connoisseur and on the same day I had tasted her competition: Edda’s Cake Design, Divine Delicacies, Sweet Art by Lucila, Todo Dulces. Ana Paz ranked last in tasting and overall value.

Ana Paz Cakes made picking my wedding cake so easy. Caroline was so helpful from our tasting to dropping off our flowers. She made my vision come to life and the cake tasted delicious. The cake was beautiful and more than I could have imagined. We will definitely be using Ana Paz for future cakes.
