Apollo Bank

We are very happy with Apollo bank. There are never any lines, the staff is professional yet friendly, and they treat their customers like family. Since my company moved to Apollo Bank, we have never had a single problem.

Do not use this bank! My husband has a business account with them. He’s bank card # was used in fraudulent charges back in September 28th, 2016. Till this day they haven’t returned the money nor investigated the incident. The rep that opened his account won’t take his calls and every time he calls other reps say they will start an investigation but nothing gets done. A month ago one of the reps said that if business accounts are involved in fraudulent activity, then the business loses that money because they don’t replenish it like other banks do. It’s a joke of a bank. He is looking into other banks to close this account because of the lack of information and problem solving.
