Engaged, insightful, intuitive leadership. Managing Director is tough but fair, detail oriented but friendly, results-driven yet patient and supportive. I’ve learned a lot here. Clients are awesome – management gets along very well with just about all of them. The work can be challenging, but the pay is at least industry standard, and they definitely acknowledge and reward hard work. Training is made available, and they go out of their way to make sure you can fit in gym workouts, a nutritious meal, etc. during crunch time. A real team environment. Love it here!
