I called them like 3 times already about a neighbor that keeps playing loud music , mind you Im on the first floor an he is on the 4th floor. this guy is playing like a violin or some musical instrument every day with no care for anybody. People need to understand you are not living in a house, have some respect for others. The property management team have not one anything about it, so I am moving in one month. just because of this person and the bad management team.

The ladies that answer the phones are they rude, every time I call and get a different answer for the same question

The personal of the office lack of professionalism and basic costumer services skills, are disrespectful and rude. Worts experience ever.

Terrible Service! Incompetent staff. They don’t care about the residents of the Adsociation they administer.

I call several times to know the status of an application and the lady on the phone in more than one opportunity just lied to me, just to get rid of the conversation and not to do the minimal job.

That company should be closed with that service. One star because there are not 0 stars

This place is beyond a rip off and run by rude idiots as I like to call them. I live here in a complex run by them and let me start by saying that this association doesn’t even answer back to calls, they steal cars every night from here and they do nothing about it. Unfortunately I was a victim in a car robbery they committed here and till this day they will not provide the footage nor to me or my insurance and better yet not even the detective on the case. So long story short if your renting or buying in a complex run by Atlas Management I suggest you think it over and find another complex but don’t forget you might like the place but the association is the one that will make it or break it. So best of luck to whoever reads this.
