They never have $100 bills or so they say. When I ask the local manager why, he said they hold those for their big clients so I guess “regular Joes” are no important. I asked to speak to the regional manager and they gave me a name (Felipe) and a number.
I call several times and they assured me I would get a call back from Mr. Felipe bou it never happened.
They also take forever to update online banking so it confuses customers.
This is the worst bank experience I had in my life…even worse than BoA and Chase.
