I wish I could give -10. The worst/inexistent customer service I have ever experienced, ANYWHERE! The girl was not interested in getting up to help me as though the phones where going to sell themselves. Although it was obvious she could communicate in English and Spanish, she was not very receptive/understanding of my concerns/questions. I felt I was calling a call center abroad. Painful, painful.
I have been an ATT customer for over 20 years, but I refuse to give my business to this useless location.

Great! I want everyone to know how good the guys here are. I was not all that exited about switching to AT&T and they made my experience smoother than I expected! They truly deserve the 5 stars I’m giving them. More people need to know they are here! The manager George and Xavier were so happy to answer all our questions with patience and transfer all my information from my old phone. And help my wife find the accessories she wanted. Truly amazing!
