They don’t even know there own hours of operation!!! Made me rush because they said they closed at 4 surprise when I get there open until 5:30pm so rushed and took time off work for no reason! Alexander at the call center absolutely useless has no idea how to treat with customers and has no idea about anything. At the location there is one person providing services so prepare for a 2 hours wait just ridiculous

You can buy your tickets here the day before flying “ida” or “ida y vuelta” if they are available. You can pay cash and if their system is working by credit card. If you are a foreigner you need to show proof of a return ticket or onward travel from Venezuela. This will need to be shown at the airport when checking in and again when arriving in Venezuela. If you purchased your ticket online through the Avior Airlines website or if someone else purchased it for you than you need to show proof, usually ID/Passport and the credit card. This can be completed at this Avior Airlines office location and depending on when you bought your ticket at the airport. If you purchase your ticket through Expedia, Kiwi, CheapOair, etc, no verification is required with Avior Airlines at the office or airport, you can just buy your ticket(s) up until the day before through one of those websites. If there are doubts about your ticket(s) once issued inquire up until the day before at this office or at the airport.

The employees at this location were very helpful and informative. This is my second time that I have visited this location and the employees still remember me from the first time I visited thier office. On the downside comprared to last year the prices in dollars have gone up a lot, but it seems the money is being used to improve the airline, as there are new flights to Ecuador and Peru that were not available last year. If you’re a foreigner visiting Venezuela the airlines tickets will likely be the most expensive part of your trip. Try to fly from outside Venezuela to as close as possible to your final destination in Venezuela, this means you want to minimize airport connections within Venezuela. If your final destination is Valencia, fly from Panama, Aruba or Bogota, if your final destination is near Puerto la Cruz / Barcelona fly from Peru, Ecuador or the USA. Taking connecting flights with a lot checked baggage is very risky and the more connections you have the higher chance you have of loosing your luggage, especially in Venezuela. If you’re travelling in or out of Venezuela with only carry on baggage, having a connection within Venezuela will be less of a problem. If you’re bringing something valuable to or from Venezuela it’s best to keep it with you in your carry on luggage. The two times that I have flown with Avior Airlines up to 2 bags were allowed to fly for free, 23kilo / 50lbs each bag. If you need to repack your bags there are weight scales at the airport. You can purchase all your Avior Airline tickets from this location or with Expedia, Kiwi, CheapOair, if building a multitrip it can only currently be bought through one of those websites.

Overall as a foreigner who has travelled many different airlines I have had a great experience with Avior Airlines and I hope it continues to improve, and that the money is reinvested into improving the airline. Avior Airlines is one of those companies that’s helping to improve things in Venezuela. Thank you Avior Airlines. If you’re looking for more info about the airline they have a Twitter, Facebook page and Instagram account.
