Horrible experience. I booked a van with unlimited miles and the company charged the miles at the end of the rental. Will never recommend or do business with this company.

Personal has poor customer service, fails to make sure car is safe to drive. The car I rented out has low tire pressure and Avis personal tells me “that it would be great if I could put air in the tire myself.” I was also paid an additional fee to have a better car (Vokswagen) but instead I get a Nissan with damage to the car.

The manager rip me off charge me double price from what I pre paid on the Avis app and added items that I didn’t need. I been renting from Avis over 10yrs and never had a problem on till now. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get rip off
