Baby Concept Miami

This is the best baby store in the area, hands down. We found the absolute best quality accessories for our baby boy and we couldn’t be happier with everything. We got from here the best rated stroller and bassinet combo (UppaBaby) and the best rated infant car seat (Cybex). They have a huge variety of clothing articles imported from Europe. They offered to design the room for baby Caleb, but we’re in between apartments right now and we had to sadly decline. They do amazing interior design for rooms and we will be coming back once we’ve settled down in our new place.

PD: in response to all the bad reviews about Onelia’s service, all I can say is, she’s an amazing dedicated woman with so much passion for what she does. I have no idea what anyone means with all the negative comments.

This is a scam!! Don’t buy in this store.
My friend lost USD $250 in some signs which broke just few hours after receiving them, because of the bad quality!
And THEY TREAT HER REALLY BAD, when she asked for an explanation and a refund.
I think we, customers have the power to educate business like this, on how they should treat the people who is making them succeed, not the contrary. I was really impressed with the rudeness of their customer service (provided by the owner)
*My recommendation: just stay away from this business

This store has the worse customer service in Miami. I purchased a baby outfit for newborn. I found the identical outfit at another store for $20 less. I went to the store to return the item and they refused to give me even a store credit. This is unheard off. Any store would at least give you a store credit. Don’t even ship here. They are a ripped off!!!

These girls are passionate about what they do~ Baby Concept carries such cute products and Onelia does amazing design work in any room of your house!! •they’re moving to a New bigger location next month :)) adding new products like cute Personalized doll Family illustrations by a local artist for wall decor! And Cossette will blow it up on your wall..
