I came to this store to help my wife buy some products for our wedding. We were there to buy treats and things to decorate our banquet hall. One of the products purchased were falsely advertised and when we went home we tried it and went to return it the next day. There was no way we were going to give hard, jaw breaking candy to our families and friends. After trying to return it, we were met with bad customer service. Not only were we turned to the door, but we lost a lot of money on that product. Now I work retail and solely focus on customer experience and I can definitely tell you that turning away repeat customers is not the best way to work in a business that requires customers to come in and buy. Where I work, the customers come first, we help as much as possible until the day is over, and then we continue the next day. Customer satisfaction is a priority, always.
