I’m so happy I went with Balance Staffing! From the get go I felt like my wants and needs were very much their priority. Each and every one of them was warm and welcoming and I love how they all worked as a team to find you the best possible job. They truly have your best interest at heart and it shows. They take the time to get to know you, your expertise, and your desires for a new career. Thank you, ladies! You have all contributed to where I’m at today 🙂

Unprofessional and rude. I was there this week for an interview after they called me. I was shocked and disappointed to see how an agency staff can be so rude and all over the place. I won’t recommend this people to anyone. Don’t go to this agency! Just a waste of your time.
