Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

Costumer Service is terrible in this branch. I have to go to this branch because is the closest one to my work , but every time I go I have to wait in a long line. the tellers always after they help a costumer leave their station or start conducting other activities instead of taking care of their costumer and complete wherever they have to do after the line is gone. They also get interrupted by other employees while they are helping costumers or after. I don’t know who’s the manager in this branch but obviously have no clue of costumer service or how to train their teller to take care of the line and finish any other work after

The worst service ever!

I’ve been standing in line 32 minutes. It’s 11:15am. There are 17 people in line at this point. 3 in front on me still. 1 teller. This is the worst branch in miami. Why they closed the drive through is beyond me. I’ve been a customer for 22 years. I’m slowly closing all my accounts with Bank of America and moving to the Internet banks. They are cheaper, faster and better. Ridiculously terrible customer service. It’s just a matter of time. Can someone please open the Amazon of banks???

I wish the same service was in San Francisco
