What a dump! From the first person at the front entrance desk. No help at all…one teller for staff and customers…just ridiculous.

Only 3 tellers for 30 people on the line. As always tellers take for ever to complete any transactions and they see that the line is full and continue talking with other tellers or customers

I went today to open a new account for the first time with them. I had the luck of meeting Carmen Torres, she is the customer representative who took care of me. I have to say she is the best customer service associate I have met in a long time, very kind, nice and sweet. I left the place thinking that i made the best choice opening my account with them. Thank you Carmen for making my experience really nice.
