Don’t bother coming here, 15 people in line and only 1 teller working, make things worse the teller was super incompetent and needed to call his manager for assistance like every 3-4 mins. Still standing in line right now 45 mins after arriving!

If there was a 1 star rating, this bank would get it. Bank of America has become a disgrace of an institution. First, they cancel Drive Thru, then they cut staff to literally the bare minimum. One teller in the ENTIRE BANK. Every time you walk in you guaranteed to spend 1/2 in line in the best of cases. INSANITY. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST IN THIS BANK. .

I see a lot of negative reviews but is understandable if you go at any bank branch at high peek times for general transactions not possible via mobile or online but I made it before closing and I got the orientation I need it. Now I just have to come back with the proper documents after the orientation I got from the financial advisor. If your a member book your appointment online using technology
