Wasted time! Long waiting time. Terrible service. The agents does not know what they can do and what not. Your time is not valuable for them!!!

Misael Fabelo made me wait for 1/2 hour just to tell me he could NOT provide the notary service I needed, tho I’ve been a customer of BofA since 1967!!
Also, he spoke Spanish to me, but treated me like I was his buddy, not his customer, thus without respect. Spanish is s rich language, so if he doesn’t know its protocol, he ought to not even attempt to do it.
I can see that my impression of the service at this branch, is pretty much in line with all the other comments posted in here: LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Every time that I came to this bank is very crowded they juds have 2 tellers in their 5 windows… this is a very busy branch , the should have more tellers !
