Only 2 tellers and with the drive thru closed it becomes a minimun of 45 minutes l for the simpler of transactions and there are always 2 or 3 people standing around chit chatting. Ridiculous!

8 employees. 7 standing around. 1 person at counter. Dozen people in line. 35 minute wait time. No wonder BoA is hated.

I wish I could give them 0 stars…I know they try their best at this location…but still for one good employee, they have other 3 that are really bad doing their job. Don’t waste your time coming to this location and/or bank in general.
