The worst branch of Bank America!!!!
Lately you can’t find to many representatives from Bank of America who can provide a great customer service or who knows how to do their job. Any time you have a request different to make a deposit you will find in this branch including the General manger that will tell you “your request is not possible”. We requested a simple letter telling that we have an open account in good standing without liability. This not the first time we receive the same response from them and when you call Bank of America you will get the letter that you need.

1-2 tellers at window at all times, during peak hours they even have 1 teller at window! make sure you’re ready to wait min. 45 minutes when you arrive here for a simple transaction

I have been coming here for almost 3 years now due to it being the only bank near my work. Sadly every time I come to this branch I have never been attended unit after waiting for at least 1 hour! Doesn’t matter if there are only 7 people in line or 25. There is only 1 teller with 5 bankers sitting around talking about there daily lives.. horrible customer service. Highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs. And I will be taking my business down the road to wellsfargo from now on.

In an industrial/commercial based area there should never be ONE teller available. Most of us who are small business owners are on a tight schedule. Some wait is expected but ONE teller ? This has happened one too many times in this location. Most branches are efficient, it is unfortunate that this one is the closest to my warehouse. It’s an easy 45 min trip when my shop is five min away. Hope they improve sooner than later.
