I arrive to the diagnostic center and found parking without no problem and as soon as I walk into the office, I was treated and process my appointment they gave me my paperwork they sent me down and explain things about the procedure. They want me to wear a gown, so they walked me to the changing rooms; they where super clean and nice. The lady in charge of my MRI (the tech) show me my to my dressing room, delivered my gown (which are not open in the back so you don’t show any of your goods) and and showed me to a locker where I will be placing my belongings.
she explained in detail everything that was going to go through, everything that I was going to be injected with and the entire process step by step. She suggested that I go to the bathroom before (it was a good suggestion) then walked me to the MRI room. The MRI bed it’s a little bit uncomfortable because it’s a flat surface but definitely the people there make you feel as comfortable as they can with warm blankets and lots of patience. I did move my head a couple of times and I wasn’t supposed to move but the technician was really nice about it she explained that I was moving she repeated at the picture 3 times (it is worth to say that she was really nice about it second time); the music in my headphones was pleasant, they asked me why I wanted to listen to before the MRI started wich I thought it was a nice touch.
At the conclusion of everything she explain to me what went on and that she was going to do one notation there was some movement because the doctors are supposed to know that, then she gave me the paperwork with information about the procedure and everything. S he gave me water because I needed to drink a lot of water for the next 24 hours then walked me to the changing rooms.
I will definitely schedule another MRI, mammogram or anything in this facility because the people are courteous, polite and punctual
