Bath Trends Miami Outlet

I had a very bad experience with this company. I purchased vanities from the outlet and Celso the salesperson promised me that I would receive the exact items that I saw in the outlet, including the mirrors, brackets, faucets, countertops etc….

Several items were missing and damaged including pieces that are essential for installation and usage. The salesperson, Celso had the audacity to imply that I must of lost the item! How do you lose a 72” backsplash!?

They took no responsibility, Beware of this company, you are looking for trouble and a big headache if you deal with them.

This place is absolutely awesome and I highly recommended if you are looking for high quality and good prices.

Came in last week looking for an affordable bathroom vanity as they recommended me in the main showroom i could find it here … everything in the showroom is beautiful but i don’t get the point on having the same things as the main store and more or less the same prices whats the point of being an outlet ? …. sales person very rude and pretty much looked like they didn’t want to even help me at all i ended up buying from another place better quality and def got what i was looking for

Dealt with a gentleman by the name of Chris service was awesome. Great price on my bathroom vanity. I highly recommend this company for their services and products. Referred family members they also purchase and highly recommend them as well.
