This branch it’s always empty and maybe for a reason. I went there this morning to try to reset my PIN number with the cashier clerk and she directed me to another person at the desk, the woman at the desk said I ha to take a number but there was no one with her or at the lobby at that time waiting. I ran out of that place in a hurry and went to the Doral branch. The cashier at Doral helped me out quickly and pleasantly. To bad the cashier at at Flagler and 79Th didn’t want to do her job or she didn’t had enough training.

Horrible bank. I emailed someone about my account, they replied back but then never replied again. When I first made the account I went to them to ask for a temporary card, they said they do not give temporary cards 🙃 when I asked if I could pay extra to have my debit card delivered faster they stated they don’t do that either. SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO!? My money was then locked into the account for 5-7 business days. Every time I go deposit a check I have to ask them and make sure the check isn’t placed on hold because they still think it’s a new account. Even though the same 2 people are always there. I deposited a check via mobile deposit and even though it is not a new account they still have my check on hold for 2-3 business days. When I called they stated that is standard and the check can not be cancelled. The whole point of mobile deposit is for it to be convenient and for me to not have to go to the bank in person. THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER, MAKE AN ACCOUNT ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
