Been coming here to get my nails done every month for about two years. Staff is always very friendly and Julia does an amazing job. The salon is very nice and in a great location.

As always I was In a Hair hair emergency ohh wow it was a great surprise that they were able to help what a perfect location in Doral, such a nice place. A lot space with great ambiance. The beauticians are an amazing people and flexible. I really enjoy a lot the time in this place. I was so happy with Magda and my hair !

I have been a customer for about 7 years there is no place in Miami like this one for waxing specially eyebrows. I had my hair and. Make up done for my wedding , bridesmaids, flower girls mom and step mom. Everything great until about 2 months ago I went in to get highlights. I had a budged of a Max of $300 which in my opinion is pretty reasonable . I was charged 475 dollars. Hairdresser never explained what he was doing , I didn’t noticed anything extra. However, when I received my bill, I was charged for a hair treatment ( still have no idea when that was applied ) , I only had my hair washed . Nothing was applied that seemed like a treatment where I had to leave it on etc.. apparently he used 2 hair dyes ( don’t know why ) and again never told me. To not make it so long PLEASE BE AWARE THEY WILL BUNDLE YOU , USE YOU AND HIT YOU WITH A BULL WORTH YOUR CAR ANS INSURANCE PAYMENT ALL TOGETHER . Hair dresser took forever !! Making jokes, serving wine to others etc.. took me close to 3 hrs i just wanted to leave that place. So I paid. I WILL.NOT be returning to them for.my hair. However eyebrows for sure .

I don’t know if people don’t really understand how the beauty world works or just because the location is in Doral and they think people here have all the money in the world but I honestly don’t like this place and I personally think that all the “5-star” reviews are family friends, relatives or even their close friends. I came in to get my roots done and I had brown with golden highlights and when I came out, my roots were darker than my hair after I told them to match my current hair color. Now I have 3 different tones in my hair which I had to get fixed.

In addition to this, I payed $107.00. why? Well let me break it down. $72.00 for retouch (which is fine). Then an additional $10.00 for a “special” hair coloring because sometimes my hair tends to itch when it’s just random hair coloring products so I said okay. Big mistake. They also added an additional $10 for washing. Washing ?! So do they expect me to only pay for my retouch and not have my hair wash included?! What kind of salon is this!? They also added a treatment in which I DID NOT ask for which was $15.00. I’m so annoyed and uninterested. After complaining to them about the cost they had nothing to say.
