First experience . Super Professional and fast.

He conducted an inspection on the property I’m about to purchase last week. He was punctual, respectful and fast in turning in the report ( the same day ). This is not the 1st time I go through this process and he seemed very up-to-date with technology, knowledgeable and willing to walk you through what he was doing. So far, no complaints!

Not good work in my opinion. Missed a lot of expensive things.

Try to avoid this guy at ALL cost!!!! He is terrible, he will take your money, do a VERY superficial inspections and tell you that everything can be fixed with $300.00 (for minor repairs). In reality, you end up with a house with termite damage, water damage, structural damage and an estimate of $25,000.00 in repairs.
Called him to at least give me my money back, and he said literally “I am not an expert, I can’t tell you everything the property has”…..Are you serious?
I am the one who’s not an expert, that’s why I’m paying you….He doesn’t even pick up the phone now for me.
Do as you wish….but try to avoid him, honestly.
