Every item, I has to return. Geek squad line had to wait 1hr to get phone installed. Takes 3 people to check a receipt. When you ask for help staff sighs and sends you to a different department. You can feel like animosity between departments while they talk on the mics. Don’t go.

Updated June 6: I decided to give this place a second chance a few months after my initial review. If you thought it was before, due to the pandemic and social distancing IT IS WORSE. No one has clear communication, they are quickly to dismiss you and give you attitude for asking for help or being confused. They were in a constant hurry and didn’t bother to provide quality service. I am a very flexible person and understanding but this is unacceptable.

Without an appointment you cannot enter. I didn’t know that. Employees helpful & scheduled appt for tomorrow evening. Saw machine at another store & ordered from Best Buy online. Can’t give 3 stars because only 5 minutes there, appt 29 hours later. I understand that in order to open the safety features must be in place.

Anais was great. She was able to assist me with my purchase of my new range. Since there are covid restrictions she took pictures for us and made sure we were ok with the item before we purchased it.

Just had an awesome experience with my first curb side pick up. Very organized, polite and swift moving. My wait time was about 5 minutes. That’s with 2 rows of cars picking up orders as well. Oh and I had placed two different online orders that were both ready to be picked up today. There was no awkward confusion with that. Both orders were brought to my car together. Great polite staff working here. All in all it was awesome. I just feel bad that it was raining and they had to keep taking the orders to the cars while trying to avoid them getting too wet. 5 stars doesn’t do this location justice. Great job guys!!

The workers are busy talking to each other in groups, they don’t help customers enough, but that is classic of most Best Buys, so expected after years of shopping here. Other than that, it is a good place to stop by to physically see electronics in person, one of the only places like it that still exist as most tech stores are online online nowadays. Prices are OK, but online of course is where you can find better deals. Still, it is nice to see things in person as I said, for those times, Best Buy is still a decent store to visit.
