Birchwoods Apartments

This place only cares to look good to get new tenants but do not care to fix any problems you may have with the apartments.They clean only the areas that they use to show the apartments. but if you come, tell them to show you de gym or walk through the building stairs, both are filthy and they keep you from seeing them when you come see a unit. Also I put a service request in September and I am still waiting, electric wiring is very old and has noticeable power drops through day and night so be mindful of that if you have delicate electronics. Do not fall for this trap.

I lived there for two years and have no complaints. It’s located within 5-10 minutes of literally all the major stores, highways, and restaurants. Management is so nice and helpful, especially Mariela. Any time I had an issue (rarely), someone from the maintenance team would fix it on the same day. They keep the halls and common areas very clean, including the pool. The gym is ehhh, needs to be upgraded but I rarely saw anyone go there anyways. They fumigate monthly so I personally had zero issues with insects or bugs. Most of the neighbors keep to themselves and were very respectful. Parking was never an issue unless I got home really late but i always found parking (even if it was far). I moved because rent prices in the area are getting excessive which causes the Birchwoods to raise their price too.

I have lived in the Birchwoods Apartments for couple of years. I really liked the place. The buildings are a bit old but the management are very responsive to any call or notice. The place is clean and calm. I really liked the professional work of the management. The apartments manger Mariela is a kind and helpful person.

I have been living in this apartment complex since 2003. I can genuinely say that I love this place!
Since I can’t afford to buy a house I could not think of living any other place than here.

I recommend anyone to come and live here.
The apartments are spacious, maintenance does an outstanding job taking care of building issues. When you call to report an apartment issue they are quick to act upon. Really caring and friendly staff.
Apartments are well kept.

Have lived here for the past 15 years and have no intention to go anywhere else. I simply love this place and gladly call it home.
