Not reliable what so ever. My countere where installed incorrectly too, they left a 2 inch opening under my counter, it was supposed to be sealed so bugs wouldn’t enter my home. Also my sinks were installed incorrectly not even a month of light use and they fell.

Blanco installed a kitchen counter top 4 years ago in my high end condo miami beach. the job was done horribly bad. The stone is cracking due to the inadequate installation which was confirmed by the manufacturer the company Compaq doesn’t even want to do business with Blanco anymore. Stay away! Many other choices out there that stand behind there work because they never came back to replace the countertop. Im going to sue them and I’m buying my new stone from opus stone across the street from them…
