BMW Motorcycles of Miami Parts Department

Have had my bike serviced here before and the service is exceptional with Jorge as it has always been. Just purchased a new bike yesterday from them and Humberto did a great job in getting me all the numbers put together and Alexis in getting me the financing for my new bike. Also had some aftermarket parts installed on the bike and when I did all the paperwork it was already 2pm and Jorge made it happen to have all those parts installed before 6 so I took my new bike home with all the new parts installed.

Great job guys. All the personel there is very friendly and helpful.

My service adviser, Jorge Wickel impressed me as thoughtful and detail oriented. While costly to have my 2014 BMW GS-1200 serviced at BMW Motorcycles of Miami, Jorge eliminated any surprises associated with the service experience.
