Janet was one of the educated, caring & took her time with me. This is my first baby & she explained everything & did not let me walk out that store with any questions. I’m super thankful she was the one helping me, I wouldn’t have chose anyone else!

It’s a cute place to find rarely seen stuff other than babies r us or target. They also carry organic products. Totally worth a visit!

I was recently at your Buy Buy Baby store with my mother looking for two cribs for my upcoming twin babies. I have never had any children before so imagine I am completely lost for what to buy. I was originally being attended by another employee. When she got stumped on a question we had regarding a matching furniture piece to the cribs your employee Janet H. stepped in and was more than helpful. After sitting us down, Janet began to explain to us the breakdown in each individual item we were looking at and also the option for delivery and installation. The process with us is not why I am writing to you, it’s what happened in between then. While Janet was still sitting with us another employee was stumped regarding an item another customer was looking to buy. She asked Janet and showed her a picture of the item. Without looking at the computer and without hesitation she replied the item had been discontinued. After taking down our order and going line by line making sure our order was correct she walked us to the front of the line. The line was exceptionally long, so she kindly told us she would return in a couple of minutes. I saw her then get stopped and asked a question by the stroller and car seat section of your store and she engaged the customer in a confident manner. She returned to us once we neared the cashier register. The cashier was placing the item order into the register. Janet ended up catching an error to the order when she typed it up, corrected her and proceeded to review the order again line by line. Janet was summoned via radio in that time and she told them to give them a couple of minutes. Two customers as they were leaving thanked Janet for helping them out with the items they chose. From the time Janet started helping us to the moment we were paying at the register must have been 45 minutes. In that time I saw true qualities of a leader. She exerts confidence and great knowledge in her position. She has gained the trust of her coworkers by being the go to person at your store. She showed tremendous customer service skills and the ability to multitask those skills. To her it didn’t matter if I was buying $2,000 worth of furniture or a $10 baby bottle, she treated us equally. In the end I believe Janet does this kind of thing day in and day out. I am surprised she is not in some type of leadership role in your store. I have come to two logical conclusions. Your company severely lacks in on the job knowledge training or you simply have a model employee than shines brighter than any other there.
