Terrible…. Completing upset with this company because their drive is to get money. Lied to my mother (Medicare and Medicaid) about how HMO works by telling her she doesn’t need a referral to see her Liver Transplant doctors Surgeons.
They promised to call me to fix the problem and no one called back.
Just wrong to lie to elderly people to get their business.
