Caribbean Airlines Cargo – MIA

Very bad system for accepting deliveries. You must first go to the office, make a long line, then fill out some paperwork they give you, then go to the warehouse and make a long line for items to be picked up by fork lift personnel, then make a long line for paperwork to be signed at the warehouse, then go back to the office and make the same long line that you made in the beginning for the final paperwork to be signed. Then you are done!

I appreciated the update on my freight and the transport referral. This process was majorly intense for me as a first time commercial experience, and your reassurance and patience with my many questions helped me through the turbulent process thank you…
