Renters be ware. ….:::::take any excuse to take your Deposit. Ever. Ever. Find a lawyer. And push. For recovering $$ your deposit Excuse owner complains. … por cierto. Son tan caraduras. Que el Carlos Valdes. Quien deja uno de los únicos review. Recomendable. Es uno de los dueños. ….. recomiendo. A propietarios y compañías. No comerciar con estos gusanos…. los llevaré a corte !!! Haga lo mismo y llame al propietario y déjele saber. Que hacen. Y recuerde DBPR. Es quien los controla. Denúncielos

renter be ware , they are not tenant friendly. Make sure you before you take procession you check everything and is in working order. Otherwise they will come up whit any excuse to take a chunk from your original deposit. They will even charge you for broken toilet seats, and even unnecessary warehouse door repairs. I will never rent whit this people again!
