It was a fast and easy process. Everyone was very helpful and nice. This is our second time selling a car to them, and I would do it again. Highly recommend, such a hassle free process!!

Rodolfo was my concierge at Carmax. He was friendly and courteous. The process was quick and painless. The only reason i didn’t give them 5 stars is because i didn’t get the $$ that i thought my car was worth. That said, i know the reason is because they need to re-sell the vehicle and also you are paying a price for the service and for the convenience. Great experience overall!

Amazing service I bought a 2016 Cadillac CTS from them Juan the seller was very kind and patient

I want Henry the service worker to be recognized for his amazing customer service he went above and beyond, the car went into the service for a simple issue but while it was there he fixed many cosmetic issues and little thing which most people would not notice free of charge, and he communicates calling with updates on the car.

Thank you Henry you made me a CarMax customer for life !
